Dallas Pounds MSc
Executive Director of Service, Growth and Operations
Dallas joined Terrence Higgins Trust in December 2010, having worked in the NHS for 24 years. A general nurse by training, she specialised in Palliative Care, Neurorehabilitation and Head Injury before going into management.
Dallas has 15 years of experience in operational management of services. Her previous post was as Chief Operating Officer for community services in Buckinghamshire. Dallas has experience of leading teams and organisations through large scale change programmes.
She also contributed to the Department of Health paper ‘Genitourinary Medicine 48-hour Access: Getting to Target and Staying There’.
