Security and Fire Safety

You will need to provide names of delegates for the meetings 24 hours before the meeting so that visitor passes can be prepared in advance. Visitor passes can be used to access the necessary areas of the building and should be worn at all times while on the premises. Please remember to give all passes back to reception when you leave. 

Full fire safety instructions will be given to the facilitator of the meeting by our staff.
