Can you help with general administrative tasks in our centres across the country?
As an Office Assistant you might be asked to undertake research, help to organise large mail-outs, or undertake basic computer work such as entering data on to databases and typing letters.
You will provide administrative support to enable the various functions of the Terrence Higgins Trust to run smoothly and you will make a meaningful impact on the organisation as a whole.
My office support role is very varied: I am the receptionist and I carry out administrative work, for example answering the phone, photocopying, counting money from collecting tins and in relation to volunteer recruitment.
I became a volunteer after I retired and returned to my home town to live. It was a chance conversation which led me to THT and as I have now been here for more than three years, I am clearly enjoying what I do.
