Why test?

Getting a sexual health check-up increases your options. Most sexually transmitted infections can be treated easily without any long-term effects. Left untreated some infections could go on to cause long-term damage.

We have Fastest clinics all around the country. Each clinic offers particular tests targeted at the needs of local communities, including tests for Gonorrhoea, Chlamydia, Syphilis, Hepatitis, HIV or a full sexual health screening.

Family planning.

As well as testing for HIV and other STIs some of our services now offer pregnancy testing, the morning-after pill, contraceptive injections and other family planning resources to help you manage your sexual health.

What to do now.

All of our services are offered on a 'first come, first served' basis so there's no need to book an appointment, but as the number of tests that we can do at each clinic is limited, it's worth arriving early to ensure that you can be seen. Fastest is an HIV and sexual health testing service run by Terrence Higgins Trust in community settings. Clinical services are provided by NHS staff using approved testing kits. A positive result from these tests will be confirmed by an additional blood test.
