Guardian Public Service Award

This month we were thrilled to discover that THT had won an award at the Guardian Public Service Awards. Donald Branch and Ewan Jenkins attended the ceremony at Old Billingsgate Market - one of London's most stylish venues situated on the banks of the River Thames. 

BBC Newsnight's Kirsty Wark was on hand to host the proceedings and presented Donald Branch and Ewan Jenkins with the Public Services Award for Innovation and Progress for THTs Leeds Fastest service.

The Guardian launched the awards four years ago to highlight the huge range of services that are all too often unsung. It's now well established as a benchmark of excellence.

Past winners testify to the enormous impact that an award can have on an organisation, from boosting morale to helping recruit and retain staff of the highest calibre. Many congratulations to all!
