Each aspect of your life is connected. How you feel about your relationships, your home life and your work life are all interwoven. You may feel that you do not have as much control over your drug or alcohol use as you would like, or be unhappy with the sexual risks that you are taking.

Counselling allows you to see these from a different angle and gives you the opportunity to make changes.

Whilst we’re funded to counsel gay and bisexual men about their sexual health our funding doesn’t allow us to provide counselling for you about other areas of your life.

That’s why we’ve developed Connect – our low-cost counselling service.

Terrence Higgins Trust has over 25 years experience of working with gay and bisexual men. Our counsellors are non-judgemental and can help you explore your issues, make sense of your experiences and find solutions that are best for you.

It can be hard to talk to a friend or relative about how you feel. Our counsellors are here to help you express yourself freely and to find the solutions that are best for you.

About Connect

Connect is a new low-cost counselling service for gay and bisexual men - whether as individuals or couples. We can address problems that you are experiencing in work, or in your relationships. We can also address sexual problems, trauma, or drug and addiction issues. In fact anything affecting your emotional wellbeing.

You can access Connect Online or Face to face.

Payment

You can buy counsellling sessions online now with a credit card or debit card. Payments are handled by Paypal. Alternatively you can send a cheque payable to Terrence Higgins Trust to Counselling at the address below. You need to pay at least one week in advance of your session.
