By email

You can get in touch with THT Direct at any time by sending us email. Either use our Enquiry form or mail to info@tht.org.uk

Alternatively, if you’d like to contact us anonymously then you can always use Sex Facts.

What happens when I email?

When you send us an email we will try to respond to it within two working days. If you have a question which might be urgent – say you need to access PEP or EHC, or if you need urgent advice on an issue such as housing, then we'd recommend you phone for a quicker response.

In some cases, sending an email might be more appropriate than calling the helpline, such as if you are a student researching a project.  It could be that you might prefer not to have to call the helpline – perhaps because you don’t want to be overheard, or you are embarrassed to talk about sex. Or you could email us and give us a telephone number so that we can call you. Whatever your reason, email gives you another way to access THT Direct.

Think about whether anyone else will access your email – do you want our response to go to your work email address or is there an alternative you could us?  You could start a web-based email account, if you want to remain anonymous – or you could use our Sex Facts service.
