Counselling and group support
Description
A range of support groups in and around the Glasgow and West Scotland areas. These groups meet regularly to socialise, share experiences, and provide mutual support. There's a variety of groups including gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, recently diagnosed, and those who've been living with HIV for a longer time. If you feel you identify with one of these groups then please get in touch and find out about an introductory session.
Sometimes the support group will be structured and sometmes informal. Structured group meetings might include workshops on such topics as building better relationships, self-esteem, living with HIV and assertiveness training. Groupwork is free and refreshments will be provided.
