If you are escorting on the streets, indoors, or through an agency but need non-judgemental, free and confidential advice on sex work we can help.

We can support you in any of the following ways:

• Blood tests for HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis B & C
• Screening for Gonorrhoea, Chlamydia, BV, Warts and Thrush
• Fast tracking to local clinics for those with symptoms
• Hepatitis B vaccination
• Cervical smear tests
• HIV prevention by safer sex resources such as free condoms and lube
• Fast and free access to our counsellours
• Advice on how to work legally and safely
• Access to The Court Diversion Scheme
• Fast tracking to report violent incidents (dodgy punters/ugly mugs) and hate crimes
• Confidential 1-2-1 support and advice about housing, substance and alcohol misuse, legal issues, immigration, education and employment
• Resources to leave sexwork if you want to
• Activities and workshops
• Help dealing with officials
• Complementary therapies
• A specialist sexworker helpline

Our clinics run in Earl's Court and Soho where you can access free sexual health screening and other services. We offer appointments, or you can just drop-in.
