If you are under 26 and have concerns about your sexual health then we're here to support you. The people at our helpline, THT Direct, can offer support and advice - and we'll call you back if you need to call from your own mobile or a call box. Just dial 0845 1221 200 or email info@tht.org.uk

Someone to talk things through with

We also offer free and confidential counselling at some THT centres, or we can put you in touch with a counsellor who's close to you. Whether you are worried about any aspects of sex, sexuality, relationships, HIV or sexual health our free and confidential counselling service can help you to talk through what's going on, how you feel about it, and what you can do. You can discuss anything and it won't go any further.

If you're gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender - or you're still finding out

We're the provider of the most lesbian, gay and bisexual services in England and Wales and offer youth groups and support from our centres around the country. If you're under 27 and lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender then the groups can give you a chance to relax and make new friends - so you can be out, proud, and happy about who you are. As well as meeting other people like you, you can get information and advice about jobs, housing, drugs, drink and sex.

If you want us to make an impact on your school or college

THT recognises the importance of raising awareness of HIV within school and colleges and we are keen to support teachers in doing this either by providing information and resources, or by a THT schools speaker visiting your school or college.
