There’s something for everyone, from five kilometre fun runs to the whole 26 miles of the Flora London Marathon! Even the slowest jogger can raise funds for THT.

Flora London Marathon

“THT were magnificent. Truly wonderful support – you could not have done more. The good luck card was a wonderful surprise, especially as it was hand-written.”

David, team 2008.

Running the Flora London Marathon is a truly incredible experience and competition for places is tough. Here at Terrence Higgins Trust (THT) we only get hot and sweaty in the best company so if you're looking for a guaranteed (Golden Bond) place or want to put your own place to good use, there's room in our team for you.

How you can get involved in 2009

THT has a number of guaranteed entries in the 2009 Flora London Marathon and, if you are able to meet our minimum fundraising pledge, we might be able to offer you one of our places. However, we would urge you to enter through the online system first on this page of the London Marathon website and, if you are fortunate enough to secure your own place we’d still love to have you on the team - you’ll pledge to raise as much sponsorship as you possibly can and we'll be happy to have you on board.

Run on our team (with your own place or a THT Golden Bond) and we'll do all we can to lighten the load: oodles of advice, an avalanche of TLC and a really big cheer when the going gets tough.

All of our runners are invited to join a team email forum to swap advice; you’ll also be invited to a reception before the marathon, which is a great opportunity to meet the rest of the team and a post marathon thank you party soon after the event. We’ll also be there on race day to help cheer you to the finish line. You'll be given a LoveLife fundraising pack, which includes sponsor forms, fundraising tips and ideas, and a gorgeous running vest.
