We are very excited to announce that the theme for Walk For Life 2012 will be…
KINGS AND QUEENS!
Hundreds of you voted, and this was by far the most popular choice, so we’ll be having a right royal knees up this year with plenty of princes and princesses, dukes and duchesses, kings and queens and perhaps even a few corgis! Quite fitting given that our current Queen celebrates her Jubilee a mere 2 weeks later.
Walk For Life 2012 will be on the 20 May, and will again be a 10km walk around central London raising money for people living with HIV in severe financial need through the Hardship Fund. Please join us for this fantastic celebration of life and love and help to raise vital funds.
Pre-register your interest in joining us for a royal good time at Walk For Life 2012 by sending an email including your name and address to Walk@walkforlife.co.uk and please put 20 May 2012 in your diary!
Ps. If royalty isn’t your thing, please don’t despair, we’re sure we can be very creative with this theme, think Elvis, Michael, Madonna and Gaga, Kings and Queens of pop, playing cards, fairy-tales and even a certain musical involving the desert- there’s loads of fun to be had!
