To mark World AIDS Day 2004, Topshop held a celebrity shopping evening at its flagship store on Oxford Street. As well as celebrity appearances in store, there was a very special thrift sale of vintage gems donated by some of the hottest names in the fashion world.

Proceeds from an auction and 10% of all takings on the evening were donated to THT, raising a magnificent £52,000 for THT. We’d like to say a huge "Thank you!" to Topshop and all those who shopped till they dropped!

The Celebrity Christmas Shopping Event was repeated again in 2005 to mark World AIDS Day. Topshop were also joined by Topman to donate 10% of sales from 6pm until midnight to THT. Celebrities who attended included Lauren Laverne, Gaby Roslin and Simon Amstell. Thank you to all of you who shopped and donated on the night.
