Almost 20 people are still being diagnosed with HIV every day in the UK. Find out how you can help Terrence Higgins Trust to be there for them.

Trusts and foundations

Support from trusts and foundations is vital in helping us to provide services to people affected by HIV, and to promote good sexual health in the UK.

A significant proportion of our voluntary income comes from trusts and foundations. We are extremely grateful to all those who fund us now and have funded us in the past.

The face of the HIV epidemic in the UK continues to change. According to the latest report from the Health Protection Agency, 91,500 people were living with HIV in the UK in 2010, with a quarter (24%) of those unaware of their infection. This is the highest number since records began. We estimate that by the end of 2012 this figure will have risen to over 100,000 people living with HIV in the UK.

As a result we have been, and will continue to, respond to the changing needs of those in the UK affected by HIV. We are grateful to all those trusts that have worked with us and welcome the opportunity to work with new partners.
