Community Clinics Receptionists

We are looking for volunteer receptionists for our weekly HIV testing clinics in Croydon. Ideally you will have a good knowledge of the broad concepts of health and sexual health, but a basic knowledge and a willingness to learn can be built on with further training.

These clinics are often very busy and so excellent communication and organisation skills are essential. Your role is to welcome clients, give out information, put clients at ease and work with the nurses to maintain the smooth running of the clinic. You will also need to be computer literate and able to learn how to use our database in order to enter data during the clinic.

Clinics currently run on Monday afternoons from 2-6pm and Tuesday evenings from 4-8pm. You will need to be able to work at one of these times and commit to one four hour shift every other week.

All staff working on front line services are required to undergo an enhanced CRB check.
