Information resource volunteer

THT Direct helpline is in need of volunteers to update and amend their Search Direct database. The role also includes other admin tasks such as preparing mailouts, information updating on Excel spreadsheets, working on occasional information resource projects and other general admin tasks.

The Search Direct database is easy to use so you won’t need prior experience although you will need experience of Microsoft Office, have good organisational skills and be able to give attention to detail. You’ll also need good communication skills in English. We would expect volunteers to be available for at least one shift a week of three hours and can be done during the day, in the evenings or at weekends.
