IT Admin Volunteer

Our busy IT Department based at Gray’s Inn Road needs the support of a volunteer to provide cover on our IT Helpdesk, recording jobs and assigning them to the appropriate IT team member.

The role does not necessarily involve providing advice to resolve IT problems, but any previous IT experience would be an advantage. Varied and interesting administrative tasks form part of this role including support to the Corporate Head of IT & Logistics, the National ICT Manager and the IT Support Team.

You will need to have an excellent telephone manner, good communication skills in English and be familiar with Microsoft Access where IT jobs are recorded and assigned.

We are looking for 1 volunteer available for a minimum of 2 days a week or 2 volunteers for a minimum of 1 day a week. Monday and Friday are the busiest day s for our IT Department so availability on these days will be a distinct advantage.
