There are indications that gay and bisexual men are increasingly engaging in risky behaviour all across Europe.
The number of men who have sex with men (MSM) being diagnosed with HIV is rising. Overall in Europe in 2006, there were 7,410 new diagnoses of HIV in MSM. This was an increase of 33% from 2002.
