Terrence Higgins Trust reserves the right to modify or revise its terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online.

In these terms and conditions 'THT' means Terrence Higgins Trust, 'you' means the person or organisation purchasing the goods and the 'catalogue' means our Internet purchasing method.

Descriptions

We will endeavour to ensure that the items and descriptions provided in our online catalogue are accurate.

PDFs of all our publications are available online so you can download and view a publication before ordering.
Some publications contain sexually explicit materially.

Sample copies

Sample copies of up to three publications are available free from THT Direct on 0845 12 21 200.

Prices

Prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Prices shown are inclusive of postage and packaging for delivery within the UK. There may be an additional charge for delivery outside UK, and this will be added to the overall cost of your goods at the confirmation stage of your transaction.

International orders

We accept international orders with payment by sterling only.

Payment may be made via credit card, or by a sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank account.

Cheques should be made payable to 'Terrence Higgins Trust'.

Delivery

Orders will normally be despatched within 28 days of receipt of payment.

Availability

All orders are subject to availability.

If the item you require is no longer available we will contact you to offer a replacement product. If this item is not suitable we will provide a full refund on that item.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your goods please return them to us in the original condition within 14 days of receiving the goods, and we will refund the cost of the item or send a replacement where appropriate.
