Terrence Higgins Trust have created an exciting new service for people living with HIV with funding from Elton John Aids Foundation.  The service will support people to manage HIV as a long term health condition through a range of resources including an interactive website, membership scheme and local health trainer service.  This vital new service is a direct response to the needs of the increasing numbers of people with HIV. 

We are looking for an individual who has experience of working with a diverse range of individuals and organisations in a social care or health setting.  You will provide health and treatment advice and support to people living with HIV and have a broad understanding of the needs of people living with HIV. This work will be delivered on a one to one and group basis. The service will be delivered on an outreach basis and will require some travelling to various appointments.
