Terrence Higgins Trust are hosting a free event for lesbian, gay and bisexual (LGB) young people at a venue near Waterloo Station on Saturday.  It’s a fantastic opportunity for young LGB people aged up to 25 to explore career and life choices in a safe, friendly environment where they can meet up with others dealing with similar issues. 

Gareth Davies, Youth Work and Sector Development Manager for THT said:  “Moving On Up! runs from 12.30pm until late. The whole day is free, and includes access to the internet, workshops on street dance, drama, job hunting, complementary therapies and employment issues. There will also be advice and information from industry professionals, stalls with career and training opportunities and a chance to have one to one sessions with trained counsellors. Later there’s a party with a DJ and great food, so why not come along?”
