Carnival-goers offered free HIV test by Terrence Higgins Trust

At Notting Hill Carnival this year, Terrence Higgins Trust (THT) outreach workers will be joined by staff from the John Hunter Clinic at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) to give out 10,000 leaflets inviting carnival goers to a free HIV testing clinic. The team will also give out 10,000 condoms kindly donated by Confident Condoms at the event

Terrence Higgins Trust (THT) has launched a new service for lesbian, gay and bisexual people in Shropshire and Telford and will open a new office in Wellington, Telford at the end of September.

Pfizer UK Foundation donate £47,500 for Rapid HIV Testing in Birmingham

The Pfizer UK Foundation has donated £47,500 to support a Terrence Higgins Trust HIV testing clinic in Birmingham for the next 12 months. The ‘Fastest’ clinic offers a one hour HIV test service; results from sexual health clinics can take several days.

Barclays to donate over £30,000 to Terrence Higgins Trust’s Lighthouse Kings Centre

Barclays is to donate £31,620 to the Lighthouse Kings Centre to continue its vital work with people in South London who are living with HIV. The centre is an integrated health and social care project run by Terrence Higgins Trust in partnership with Kings College Hospital.
