Music video confronts reality of living with HIV and strikes a chord with young people.
Young people from youth groups at Positive Parenting and Children (PPC) have been involved in an exciting project, helping to produce an HIV awareness music video.
Group members worked closely with local record producer Charles Bailey, creative director on the project. The young people also had an opportunity to meet and work with rapper Question999 and singer Delilah.
The final version of the video was launched at the Ritzy Cinema in Brixton on 12th July 2011 where Question999 and Delilah performed the track live. The record will be released on ITunes mid-September 2011.
The powerful video "Can't Explain" confronts the issues facing young people who have HIV or are caring for a family member with the condition and highlights the work PPC does with families in South London.
