Talksafe

Talksafe is for 10-18 year olds and has advice about sexual health and emotional wellbeing. Help is also available online or face-to-face.

The site has just been revamped and is looking very cool. It’s divided into age groups and has information on everything you need to know or might be worrying about as you’re growing up.

We’ve got an A to Z of topics from acne, bullying and boyfriends to feelings, racism and sex and everything else in between.

If you have a problem you can ask a Talksafe Peer Mentor who will answer your question online. Or you could speak to one of our Talksafe counsellors face-to-face, just fill in the form online and we’ll be in touch to arrange an appointment for you.

On the other hand you might want to become a Talksafe Hero.

Heroes are young people who try and get as many of their friends as possible to sign up to Talksafe. You get points when your friends visit the site and there’s a league table for the highest point scorers.

The top scoring Heroes and their friends will be able to get great prizes which you’ll be able to vote for, like a prom or a go-karting day. It’ll be up to you to pick your prize if you win. Just visit the site and set up your profile to start scoring points.
