Maraviroc (known as Celsentri)

Generic name: Maraviroc

Brand names: Celsentri

Class: CCR5 inhibitor

Side-effects:

Common: Nausea, diarrhoea, fatigue, headache

Dosage:

150 and 300mg tablets

300mg twice a day or 150mg twice a day with all ritonavir-boosted PIs except tipranavir or 600mg twice a day with efavirenz or etravirine.


Take 600mg twice a day with efavirenz

Notes:

Take with or without food.
