More common: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, headache, abdominal pain, hair loss, fever, insomnia (difficult sleeping), rash, tiredness, runny nose, joint pain Rare: Lactic acidosis, liver damage
150mg twice a day or 300mg once a day
Take with or without food.
