Class: NRTIs (Nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors)

Side-effects:

Common: Nausea, diarrhoea, headache, raised kinase levels, skin darkening in children
Rare: Lactic acidosis, liver damage

Dosage:

200mg once a day

Notes:
