Class: Protease inhibitors

Side-effects:

Common: Lipodystrophy, raised liver enzymes, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, weakness, heartburn, headache, raised lipids, liver toxicity, diabetes
Rare: Changes in heart rhythm

Dosage:

Tablet comprising 200mg lopinavir and 50mg ritonavir
Two tablets twice a day or four tablets once a day

Notes:

Take with or without food.
