Generic name: Tiprinavir

Brand names: Aptivus

Class: Protease inhibitors

Side-effects:

Common: Nausea, diarrhoea, vomiting, abdominal pain, tiredness, headache, fever, liver abnormalities, rash, lipodystrophy, liver toxicity, diabetes, lipid increases, flatulence
Rare: Bleeding in brain, changes in heart rhythm

Dosage:

250mg capsule

Take 500mg with 200mg ritonavir twice a day

Notes:
