HIV is everybody’s business, says charity, as hundreds more diagnosed in East of England

Timed to coincide with England’s first ever National HIV Testing Week, new figures released today by the Health Protection Agency (HPA) show there were 6,188 people living with HIV in the East of England in 2011. A quarter of these people were undiagnosed and therefore at risk of serious health problems.

HIV is everybody’s business, says charity, as hundreds more diagnosed in East Midlands

Timed to coincide with England’s first ever National HIV Testing Week, new figures released today by the Health Protection Agency (HPA) show there were 4,474 people living with HIV in the East Midlands in 2011. A quarter of these people were undiagnosed and therefore at risk of serious health problems.

Timed to coincide with England’s first ever National HIV Testing Week, new figures released today by the Health Protection Agency (HPA) show there were 1,822 people living with HIV in the North East in 2011. A quarter of these people were undiagnosed and therefore at risk of serious health problems.
