Giving from your salary

Payroll giving

Many people choose to give to us via a payroll giving scheme, which allows you to donate to charity directly through your salary payments, before tax is deducted.

As well as being an easy and simple way for you to support your favourite charities, it also makes your gift worth more.

For example, a monthly donation of £8 will cost you only £6.40! The taxman pays the rest. You are entitled to do this whoever your employer is, and all you need to do to set it up is fill in a simple form.

A regular gift like this helps us to plan our services into the future, to ensure that we will always be there for people whose lives have been affected by HIV.

Payroll giving is also the only way for anyone paying 40% or 50% tax to give us all their tax on a donation automatically, so if you earn over £44,000 per year then this is the best way for you to support us tax effectively. Some examples are below

Terry Higgins lost his life 30 years ago. His death inspired our fight for better sexual health for all of us. There's still no cure for HIV, but with your help we can stop it in its tracks.

Think. Test. Take control.
