African Emotional Support
If you are living with HIV and you need emotional support, we can help. You may have concerns around a wide range of issues, including sex and relationships, discrimination, HIV treatment, drugs, children or family life.

For: This free emotional support service is available to people affected by HIV who live in certain London boroughs - please call 020 7812 1777 for details. This service is completely confidential and can help you explore: an HIV diagnosis, who to tell and not to tell, worries about HIV treatments, feelings of anxiety and depression, relationship concerns, difficulties in your sex life, loneliness and isolation, ageing and HIV. We provide short-term emotional support for up to 12 sessions. Each of these weekly sessions lasts for 50 minutes.

For: This service is available to anyone over 18 who is affected by or living with HIV and lives in Brighton or Hove.
Face to Face
Times: Monday to Friday: 9.30am to 5pm
For: This service is available to gay men living in Brighton, Hove or West Sussex.
Office: Bristol office
Times: Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm
For: This service is for anyone who is HIV positive living in Bristol, South Gloucestershire or North Somerset.
Office: Cardiff office
Times: Monday to Friday: 9.30am to 5.30pm
For: This service is available to anyone living in Wales, HIV positive or negative, with concerns around sexual health.
Outer North West London (ONWL) HIV/STI Prevention Service
Times: Open daily, 9.00am-8.00pm
For: This confidential counselling service is available to anyone affected by HIV in the local area.

For: This service is available to anyone living in Tayside
Enfield Integrated Community Sexual Health Services
Times: Times vary - please phone to arrange an appointment.
For: This service is available to anyone who is HIV positive living in Enfield.
Office: Glasgow office
Times: Please call the centre to make an appointment.
For: This service is available to anyone living in Scotland.
Hillingdon Sexual Health and Wellbeing Service
Office: Hillingdon centre
Times: Daily, 10.00am-8.00pm.
For: Anyone affected by HIV who lives in the local area.
