If you have concerns around HIV or other sexually transmitted infections, or concerns about sexuality, drugs or alcohol, and you want to meet other people in the same position, one of these groups may help.

Times: Eight-week programme: 6.30pm to 9pm

For: This 8 session programme is for gay and bisexual men who wish to understand and change their compulsive behaviours (such as: alcohol/drug use, compulsive sexual behaviour, over-eating, compulsive spending/debting). It gives them an opportunity to discuss their concerns about these behaviours, and to learn different coping strategies. These sessions use Cognitive Behavioural, Motivational Enhancement and Mindfullness techniques to increase self-awareness and behaviour change.
Support for people living with HIV and their family and friends
Support group for people living with HIV and anyone else who is affected by HIV.
Office: Swansea office
Times: Group starts 26th June 2014 at 6-8pm and is expected to run monthly. Please call the centre for further details.
For: This group offers support and education for anyone living with HIV and their friends and family in Wales.
Groupwork London - Supporting someone living with HIV (for African people)
Times: Six-week programme - contact the centre for details.
For: This six week programme is an emotional support group, through which people affected with HIV can learn how to support Friends/partner/sisters living with HIV It will help participants to gain and shared understanding of each other and the impact that HIV has had on their life.

Office: Brighton office

For: Over 50s living with HIV
Times: Each workshop runs from 10.30am to 1.30pm. Please call the centre for dates.
For: These workshops are for anyone living with HIV and cover either Employment and Support Allowance, Benefits or Work and Disability Allowance.
Times: Evenings, once a week for six weeks. Call the centre for specific times.
For: This six-week programme is for HIV positive gay and bisexual men living in Sussex.
Office: Bristol office
Times: Monday-Friday, 10.00am-5.00pm, by appointment
For: This service is for anyone who is HIV positive living in Bristol, South Gloucestershire or North Somerset.
Support for people co-infected with HIV and Hepatitis
Office: Cardiff office
Times: Please call the centre for times.
For: This group is for anyone living with HIV and Hepatitis in Wales.
Outer North West London (ONWL) HIV/STI Prevention Service
Times: The centre is open daily 9.00am-8.00pm. Get in touch directly for details of group times.
For: Anyone affected by HIV who lives in the local area.
Support for people living with HIV
Office: Dundee office
Times: 6-8pm on the 1st Monday of every month
For: These groups are for people living with HIV in Tayside, Fife, Forth Valley.
