Groupwork London - Who I Tell

Times: Call the centre for details of dates. Sessions are held in central London locations including Soho and King’s Cross.
For: This one-day workshop aims to give HIV positive gay and bisexual men more confidence about telling people their HIV status and advice on deciding who to tell. Those who attend will be able to share any fears or concerns they may have about telling others, their status and discuss any positive and negative experiences they have faced so far. Advantages, disadvantages and strategies for disclosing will be explored.

Groupwork London - Negative Partners Support Group
Times: Six-week programme: 6.30pm to 9pm
For: This six-week programme is for anyone HIV negative in London whose partner, or someone close to them, is living with HIV.
Groupwork London - myHIV: Sex and relationships
Times: Contact the centre for dates.Sessions are held in central London locations including Soho and King’s Cross.
For: This six-week programme is for HIV positive gay and bisexual men who have struggled to come to terms with their diagnosis. It gives them an opportunity to discuss their feelings and receive advice on how to develop meaningful relationships with people in the workplace, friends or sexual partners. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Art Therapy are used in the workshop to improve self-confidence and promote positive thinking.

Groupwork London - Telling people you're HIV positive
Times: 10am-3pm Saturday 28 January 2012
For: This one day workshop for people living with HIV will help you explore the pros and cons of telling someone about your status. We'll look at strategies for telling, role-play and share experiences in a confidential and non-judgemental, supportive environment.
Groupwork London - Positively growing older
Times: 8 consecutive weeks from 6:30-9pm.
For: This course is for gay and bisexual men living with HIV who have had their diagnosis for over 10 years and are aged over 45. Over eight weeks we will look at different aspects of growing older with HIV. We'll role-play and share experiences in a confidential and non-judgemental, supportive environment. Attendees will have a chance to address any emotional or physical changes they may be going through, and share their general experiences of growing older with HIV. Additional topics include maintaining a healthy diet, lifestyle, sex and relationships.
