Provides services to children and families affected by HIV/AIDS in the UK and in Africa. Africare's aim is to improve the quality of lives of people affected by HIV/AIDS. Support groups for people living with HIV; advocacy for children and families affected by HIV; information on treatment and prevention; training and career advice.

A community based HIV prevention and sexual health promotion using the outreach model. Individuals from the target community are selected and trained, then supported to undertake outreach work in the community, delivering direct HIV prevention and sexual health prevention messages directly to members of the target community.
Provides a safe space for people from African communities to explore many of the issues that impact them through a structured format that supports their own learning whilst empowering them. These sessions are carried out on a monthly basis.
Africare provides a safe space for Faith leaders to be educated on HIV prevention and stigma and discrimination through the Faith Partnership. Faith engagement also supports faith leaders within their establishments with outreach sessions that aim to promote HIV prevention in the community
