What’s it about?
This course looks at the history of lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT rights, the equality laws, homophobia and transphobia and the impact of bullying and misinformation. We also look at sexuality, gender and gender dysphoria.
What’s the benefit?
This course will give you a better understanding of LGBT issues and is useful for anyone wishing to understand the law and also for anyone working with young people.
What does the training involve?
Training can be half-day or full-day depending on your needs. It can be delivered at your workplace or at a Terrence Higgins Trust centre.
