What’s it about?
The course aims to provide a greater understanding of the issues facing trans people.
What’s the benefit?
You will learn about the law relating to trans people including the Equality Act 2010, the Gender Recognition Act and also understand the stigma and discrimination aimed at trans people. We will also look at terminology.
What does the training involve?
The course is delivered at Terrence Higgins Trust on a quarterly basis. It can also be delivered to your organisation at your premises on request.
