If you've just found out you're HIV positive

We want this website to help you get on with your life if you’re a gay man who has recently found out that you are HIV positive. We’ve included everything we found useful when we were first diagnosed with HIV. We've also added things we’ve learned over the years.

Because life with HIV does go on. It’s not a terminal illness. Treatment is effective, which means we can manage our lives.

Yes, it’s forever. Yes, it can change our lives. But most of us can expect to live healthy, active, long lives.

We’re not going to pretend it’s always easy. But you can learn how to control and manage HIV and not have HIV control you. That’s what this website’s about. We also hope that you'll find it helpful to hear from us directly through our video stories and diaries.

Last, but not least, we'd like to thank the men who appear in these films - without you What Next? could never have happened.
