Join us for our fabulous 10K Ribbon Walk London, starting and finishing at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern in South London!
The 10km (just over six miles) route will take you across the Thames and into central Soho, with a rest stop around the 5km mark at St. Anne’s Church, Dean Street, Soho. The amazing London Gay Men’s Chorus will be performing at our rest stop from 1 to 2pm!
Walk with us as we unite in the fight against HIV. Together we can show support for people living with HIV, help end transmissions and remember those we have lost.
Our walk is a totally non-competitive, pressure-free event that people of all abilities take part in.
Walk, sashay or stroll alone or with a group of friends at your own pace. Feel free to dress up, drown yourself in body glitter and bring along your dog!
After your walk you're invited to join us for the post-event drinks, with free entry to the Royal Vauxhall Tavern’s ‘Sunday Social’ cabaret with Mary Mac and Sooz Kempner.
Together we can make a difference
Our walk starts and finishes at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern, 372 Kennington Lane, London SE11 5HY.
Doors at Royal Vauxhall Tavern open at midday. Registration starts at 12pm with walkers starting in small groups from 12.15-1pm. Please plan your journey to Vauxhall in advance.
Most people taking part will finish within two hours, but remember the walk is non-competitive, so you can take as long as you like.
Everyone will receive a special medal at the finish line.
Everything you need to know about the event will be emailed to you well in advance, so you can plan your day.
