Our interactive peer learning sessions are designed to help you to live well during the current lockdown. We discuss a range of topics from how to look after yourself, coping with the current changes to your life and routine, how to manage anxiety in these challenging times and building resilience for the future.  

The sessions are available to anyone living with HIV who is looking for a safe peer supported space to connect with others and to learn new ways to live well.

Each learning event is led by Ruth Burns, an experienced group facilitator and manager of our personal development programme. Ruth is accompanied by peer co-facilitators living with HIV.

The sessions are interactive and include a mixture of information and small group discussions to share ideas and learning. You can sign up to all the sessions or join them individually as needed.

How to sign up

You can join via video or audio and will need either a phone, smartphone, tablet or computer. Once the meeting registration link is available, you can register for the session. Meetings links will be sent out by email.

Our meetings use Zoom, video conferencing software that you can use to access online meetings for free.

Keeping motivated during uncertain times

We'll explore what is worrying us about planning for the future, what our goals might be and how to achieve them.
