During these challenging times we'll continue making free condoms available to people in Suffolk to reduce the risk of unintended pregnancy and transmission of sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

We're encouraging people to follow Government instruction to stay alert. As lockdown eases many of our partner agencies, including C-Card outlets, are beginning to reopen. Please access your local services if you are able to, before ordering online.

To be able to order online, you must be either:

  • A young person (aged 16 to 24), or
  • A man who has sex with men, trans or non-binary, a sex worker, black African or black minority ethnicity (if you're aged 25 and over).

If you are aged 13 to 15, you'll need to go to a C-Card point to get condoms, which will involve a short one-to-one discussion.

Please note that we're only able to send packs to addresses with Suffolk postcodes.
