Are you a regular walker and new to endurance events? Perhaps a seasoned trekker looking for testing adventures? Or even a marathon runner wanting to 'up' your distance? Whether it's along magnificent coastal scenery, or in stunning open countryside, there’s an Ultra Challenge for you.

Every challenge gets full support and hospitality all the way from the challenge organisers, leaving you to focus on the challenge! You'll get rest stops with free food and drink, medics, massage and pace walkers, pre-event training support, accommodation options, plus medals and T-shirts.

Charity sponsorship

Pay a small registration fee, do lots of fundraising and we cover the cost of your event place!

  • 25km: fee £10 / fundraising target £250
  • 50km: fee £20 / fundraising target £395
  • 100km: fee £30 / fundraising target £595
  • Half marathon: fee £7.50 / fundraising target £155
  • Full marathon:  fee £10 / fundraising target £225

Mixed funding

Pay half of the event place cost yourself, fundraise a bit less and we pay the balance of the event place cost

  • 25km: fee £45 / fundraising target £135
  • 50km: fee £72.50 / fundraising target £218
  • 100km: fee £110 / fundraising target £330
  • Half marathon: fee £29.50 / fundraising target £100
  • Full marathon: fee £39.50 / fundraising target £120

Self funding

You pay the full cost of the event place – choose your own fundraising target!

London to Brighton (Saturday 28 to Sunday 29 May)

A Richmond start leads down toward the North Downs through wonderful Surrey and Sussex countryside before hitting the Brighton coastline!

Lake District Challenge (Saturday 11 to Sunday 12 June)

Enjoy some of England's finest countryside from the Kendal basecamp! Take on tough hills and fells through Ambleside and Lake Windermere.

Cotswold Way Challenge (Saturday 25 to Sunday 26 June)

Take on a challenge with fabulous views, idyllic villages, rolling hills and stunning views right across to Wales, starting from the ‘capital’ of the Cotswolds Cirencester.

Peak District Challenge (Saturday 9 to Sunday 10 July)

See Derbyshire’s finest scenery with wonderful views in the fabulous Peak District National Park.

Yorkshire Challenge (Saturday 23 to Sunday 24 July)

Based in the stunning Nidderdate AONB on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales you’ll see Brimham Rocks, Ripley Castle and Gouthwaite Reservoir on this fantastic challenge.

South West Coast 50 Challenge (Saturday 6 August)

Starting near Dunster Castle, the route takes on section 1 of the South West Coastal Path from its official Minehead start, and up and over Exmoor via Dunkery Beacon.

South Coast Challenge (Saturday 3 to Sunday 4 September)

Ascent Beachy Head, travel over the magnificent Seven Sisters and along the famous South Downs to the Devil’s Dyke for views of Arundel’s castle and cathedral.

Thames Path Challenge (Saturday 10 to Sunday 11 September)

Take on England’s greatest river heading out from Putney Bridge, past Hampton Court to Runneymede before reaching Windsor and Henley.

Thames Bridges Trek (Saturday 10 September)

Venture across the Capital with unrivalled views of the skyline over 16 historic bridges in the city.

Chiltern 50 Challenge (Saturday 24 September)

This challenge takes in historic trails, nature reserves, forests and fantastic views in the Chilterns countryside.

Halloween Walk (Saturday 29 October)

A hair-raising hike around London’s scary streets and historic haunts! Gather your bravest guys and ghouls and dress to distress.
