I am a Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity therapist, with training in relationship therapy, psychosexual counselling and trauma therapy. I am an integrative therapist and I incorporate psychodynamic, systemic and emotion focused theories to work with individuals, couples and other relationship configurations.

As an LGBTQIA affirmative counsellor I have lots of experience of working with trans, non binary and gender diverse clients and alternative relationship models. I love working at Terrence Higgins Trust because supporting individuals living with, and at risk of, HIV is very meaningful to me.

I am a trainee counselling psychologist. Limiting mental distress and improving psychological wellbeing is a passion of mine that started early on in my life. I firmly believe in promoting a positive, socially inclusive image of people with mental health difficulties and the services that provide support and therapies for them.

My experiences to date covers working with children and adults in various settings such as schools, bereavement, forensics and refugee services.

I use mindfulness-based tools and other therapeutic approaches to hopefully facilitate change, in a warm and empathic manner.
