The Heart has been with us since the beginning. It came from the heart in the old Heaven logo – the gay nightclub where Terry Higgins was DJing the night be collapsed in 1982. He was one of the first people in the UK to die of an AIDS-related illness.

While we have seen such huge progress since then, our work is not yet done. Your solidarity and support is needed.

  • Now is the time you can help end a global epidemic that has killed 38 million people. Together we can end new cases of HIV in the UK by 2030.
  • Imagine a world where the UK can be the first country to end new HIV transmissions.
  • You can stop the devastation and stigma a diagnosis can cause. Your compassion and loyal support has got us this far and means that we can make it a reality.
  • It’s possible to be living with HIV and not know it. We urgently need your help to find and test everyone living with HIV in the UK. People with HIV who are on treatment can’t pass it on.

Together we can stop HIV. Make a regular or a one-off donation and support our vital work. Your donations fund vital services including our one-of-a-kind sexual health helpline, HIV testing, counselling and peer support programmes.
