To end new HIV transmissions by 2030, we must:

• Never miss an opportunity to test and get everyone into treatment and care.
• End the stigma and discrimination that create significant barriers to accessing testing, prevention and care.
• Tackle health inequalities experienced by certain groups. It will be impossible to end the HIV epidemic without also fighting racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, xenophobia and ageism, while considering all their intersections.
