What can I find out about?
Health and diagnosis
Find out what you need to know when you first receive your diagnosis and seek advice about telling people you are living with HIV. Discuss treatment options and side effects and find out about U=U (Undetectable = Untransmittable). If you are managing multiple health conditions or navigating parenting, pregnancy, sex, and dating, connect with others to hear their experiences.
Wellbeing and lifestyle
Discover ways to manage your wellbeing and cultivate self-care, find suggestions such as nature, talking therapy or mindfulness, and share what tips and tricks you have found useful. Discuss experiences with addiction, recovery and mental health. Connect with others about hobbies, interests, holiday ideas, and travel tips or through our Film and Book clubs.
Events and opportunities
Share and sign up to online and in-person meetings, events and groups around the UK.
