Are you struggling to accept your HIV diagnosis and yourself?

Developed with other people living with HIV, My HIV Doesn't Define Me is a collection of videos, workshops and resources to support you to accept yourself after a diagnosis, improve your relationship with others, and find meaning and purpose again in life.

Text

My HIV Doesn't Define Me is split into three sections, each with their own set of videos and workshop:

  • Improving your relationship with others.
  • Finding fulfilment and purpose.
  • Accepting yourself.

You can find the videos and virtual workshops for each section linked below.

The workshops are hosted on Zoom. They have been co-designed and are led by peers living with HIV.

You can sign up to as many sessions as you'd like. Once you register, you'll receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the chosen session.

Our sessions are open to anyone living with HIV in the UK. For more information, email Paul Bray on [email protected] or phone 07741 321 216.
